Bad customer service. Long fulfillment time (months). Ordered more than one pair, the came with different materials that makes them unwearable. They won't help solve the problem, only offered a code to buy more. This company is no good and very difficult to work with.

I noticed there is far less arch support on the right foot one than the left (I don’t have a big arch which is why I went for these bc standard insoles don’t have a lot of arch support.) So I’m sad that I don’t feel much support in the right foot, it’s ok on the left - however that’s only when I can barely get them in 1 pair of my shoes. These insoles are so thick almost none of my everyday shoes fit even with loosening the laces. The only solution I can think of is I have to replace most of my shoes, which is extremely expensive and some of them are irreplaceable (as in, not available for me to purchase any new or larger size.) All in all, I’m very disappointed that these render the majority of my shoes unwearable and I spent just over $400 on 2 pairs of these. What am I supposed to do?

Wait time is MONTHS not days nor weeks. This company sells quickly at a discounted price but it’s because they take MONTHS and MONTHS to produce with unreliable customer service stating they will “look” into it (while pressuring to buy another pair even when you don’t have the first pair).
