Up shift is a good app it needs to have more shifts down in Texas it's not as popular here yet I guess but I have worked one shift and it was really good and every time I ever emailed them or contacted customer service the response was prompting quick and information on all in all it's a win. This is not a scam I thought it was I was a little worried because they were having some technical difficulties getting the onboarding emails out but just be patient it'll be worth it.

Work was fairly easy just need to follow directions from your Captain. Dress to code and come prepared to work.

Second update (11/11): They changed the rules about a work release, it now must be sent directly from wherever you got it via fax or email. It has to have a seal, a phone number, and an email address on it. No one informed us of this change until I emailed asking for an update on my account. The minute clinic I went to doesn’t have an email address, nor does it have an alternative phone number; only the one I’ve given them 2-3 times previously. Guess my account will never be unlocked! Update (10/8): They STILL haven’t verified/restored my account and are now ignoring my emails. The help they provide the workers is ridiculous. I injured my foot about 3 weeks ago. Let them know, they suspended my account and said I need clearance from a doctor to return. Okay, no problem. I went to the minute clinic and got a note from their doctor and sent it to upshift. They said the phone number on the paper wasn’t good enough and they couldn’t verify, so I sent them another one. They said they couldn’t verify that either. So I told them the number on the paper leads to a directory for all minute clinics, all you have to do is wait on the line for customer service. They are too lazy to do this to verify, so I can’t make money because they don’t want to do their jobs. They said all I had to do was get clearance from a doctor. I did that, and suddenly it’s not good enough? It’s THEIR job to verify, not mine. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and I’m going to be looking elsewhere to work.
