I have been having issues with my cyberbacker and her higher ups haven't returned my emails. They promise to be there to help but they aren't. Highly recommend finding another company.

Adding a Cyberbacker to my team has been a game changer. She is excellent at what she does. The Cyberbacker team did a great job of matching our needs to the right person. Their Team is responsive to our team. They often communicate with us to ensure we are happy.

I would give them no stars, if it were an option. We hired Cyberbacker to provide us with a full time virtual assistant to work during our daytime during the week and some weekends. We communicated to them prior to signing a contract that we were concerned about the expense and time it would take to train a VA who might quit in a year. They assured us that their VA's go through a thorough vetting process and that this never happens. After spending a few months and considerable expense to train our VA, she decided that she actually only wanted to work 30 hours per week (an option that Cyberbacker does not even offer), during HER daytime (so in the middle of the night for us) and never on weekends. So, exactly the opposite of what we had clearly stated our needs were. As a result, I asked Cyberbacker to give us a full refund of what we had paid them, which is a fraction of the cost we incurred in training their VA without enjoying the benefits of our efforts. Cyberbacker stated that they needed to review our file. It has now been nearly ONE YEAR, and they claim to still be looking at the file. They are clearly hoping that we forget about this, instead of holding themselves accountable and honoring the promises they made to us, which they did not fulfill. Be careful with this company. They will 100% hold YOU to the agreements, while not holding themselves to the same standard. Not an ethical way to do business.
