The UNIQLO store had a wide variety of options across three floors along with a glass display at the entrance showing new styles. This store also had a separate UT clothing area with cultural items for sale such as figurines. The store was quite busy on weekends in the evening.

One of the largest Uniqlo I’ve ever been to. There’s a couple different levels with lots of variety. So much variety that I had 10 items to try on. There was a long line to the dressing room. And being a tourist, there was a lot to see in NY. When I got to the front I was rudely told I could only bring in 8 items and would have to get back in line to try the other two. I love Uniqlo clothing but some of the items don’t fit me correctly, so I had multiple sizes of the same design. I ended up getting nothing bc I wasn’t about to waste my NY time waiting in line for a dressing room. My friend, although she found something she liked, left it as the checkout lanes were just as long. Disappointing experience.

DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE NEW AND UNWORN BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE. Typical NY bs. Bought a Heattech turtleneck from this store. Upon returning home, I opened the box and discovered that the new turtleneck was SWAPPED OUT and replaced with a USED HEATTECH SHIRT with the tag cut out of the inside. Noticeably smelt like laundry detergent and the inner tag that describes the shirts makeup (x% cashmere x% spandex) was cut out. It was the complete wrong shirt, used, and stuck in the box. Gross. The seal closing the box was replaced with a piece of gift tape rather than a proper seal sticker (something i didnt realize after coming home.) Please double check everything you buy before you leave, because UNIQLO Corporate wont help, as their only solution is to physically return the item(s). They dont seem to actually care about their stock getting stolen and swapped with USED WORN MERCHANDISE.
