This is some text inside of a div block.
I was blown away by the on-set crew and staff sheer dedication, hard work ethic and their expertise.. I felt honoured and appreciated to be on set, doing my roles and to witness their professionalism. I thought were very well looked after, all our individual dietary requirements were catered for very well. Refreshments were always available for those who needed them and so forth. After my first amazing on-set experience with Universal Artist, I hope to get selected again in the future.

My first time. I loved it! This was my first experiment in filming and I was a little worried about how it would go. In the end, I am very happy that I tried it and now I want and want to work in this creative field with such versatile people. I was very pleased with how professionally everything was organized and also what a creative and friendly team there was. I always felt supported and this is priceless! A special thanks to Maoys who was supporting all the atmosphere and was always so carying. And thanks to Any who also was therefor you. I want to separately thank you for how everything was thought out regarding food preferences, since we had vegetarians and other people on our team who were on a diet due to various circumstances, including me. And I was very happy that the cafe had fresh berries, fruits, sugar substitute, coconut yogurt, fruit teas and chamomile tea and in the end I even discovered decaffeinated tea, which is vital for me, thank you. I was also amazed that the menu was new every day and there was always a choice for any diet (for me it was always chicken or turkey) and the most important thing in the dish was a balanced amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Since we worked for a long time, the internal state depended on food and during and after work I felt healthy, which is very important. It seems insignificant but plays a huge role.) But you know what the most magical thing is to watch how the filming process goes, how the film crew works and how professional actors play, how united everyone is. It was educational and fun. My ideas about cinema have changed for the better and I am very happy about it. Thank you very much! I would also like to say a special thank you to all the people who help from the call center, this is a strong team of professionals! Regarding the salary, everything went well, I am happy and I highly recommend “Universal Extra”! Best regards, Yulia.

8 MONTHS LATER….. 23rd April 2025 - My word I’m feeling Deja vu. One thing you can rate UVE for is consistency because they’ve been consistently releasing me from CONFIRMED, BOOKED two/three day jobs the day before (before midday I might add; we all know why) when booking me a month prior. I’m not even mad about it because it’s what I’ve come to expect, and because it’s what I’ve come to expect I was applying for other jobs, and luckily I’ve replaced some of those released days for other jobs from other agencies who are way more reliable. My advice to other people on UVE’s books, or looking to join, is that a BOOKED CONFIRMED job is not a guaranteed BOOKED CONFIRMED job, so whilst being CONFIRMED I advise people to keep looking and applying for other jobs, and when booked with that other agency to take that job instead. We really have to stop accepting this procedure of being released so last minute. I believe we should get at least 5 working days notice before we’re released from a BOOKED CONFIRMED job and anything less we should get some compensation. Thanks for reading. JULY 29th - 2024 Annoying. They confirmed and booked me for the 30th and 31st of July a month ago only to be released today, the 29th. They could have given me enough time so I could apply for other jobs but released me so last minute. Received this release message in an automated text without an ounce of an apology. They tell us to call them if we can no longer do the job, but when they need to tell us it’s through a text message. Something on the lines of “due to filming issues”. My friend has still been booked. Annoying. I don’t think these people realise by releasing people so late we lose money, money that can be used for rent and bills. And I really don’t want to hear how this is how the business is.
