Absolute daylight robbery – avoid UKCPM at all costs I was fined by UKCPM in my own designated parking space, with a valid permit clearly displayed, but because it had flipped slightly, they slapped me with a £100 fine. I appealed — of course, they rejected it. I reluctantly paid the fine, but months later they claimed I hadn’t and tried to charge me £170. I appealed again, no response. Then came a debt collector. I paid, just to be done with it. Now, out of nowhere, another debt collection agency is demanding £455, threatening me with a CCJ and damage to my credit score. This is nothing short of harassment. UKCPM is a disgraceful company profiting off intimidation, and the debt collectors they use are no better. Shame on them all.

The only thing this company is good at is dishing out fines for parking spaces that they don’t manage. I get fines nearly every other week for parking in my work space. The landlord keeps getting them revoked and telling them they must remove the spaces from their list but they just don’t listen. No phone numbers to speak to anyone and when I sent a complaint they have not responded. I have now received a red letter about not paying……. I will now forward to a solicitor, I’m not paying for parking in my own space!!!!! Unless company!

Absolutely disgusting company! Called up originally to get an extra permit for my work vehicle, they removed the one off of my car with their own advisors admitting their mistake and then getting over 6 tickets and numerous phone calls I’m now having to pay over £800 in fines! Asked for managers and supervisors to call me back and no one returned my calls! Debt collectors have now told me to pay otherwise my fines will increase by another £100 per ticket. Anything to gain money and not to help people who are living at their addresses!
