We met with Kim Fiero to prepare a simple will with some minor issues. She offered easy solutions to our concerns and completed the will quickly. Kim was very easy to talk with and provided all the time we needed. She did not rush this process. We signed all the documents at her office and the staff was great.

I was a client of Mrs. Kimberlie A. Fiero, Esq. for about 3 years during a very challenging period in my life. Although there were bumps in the road, she made sure we saw light at the end of the tunnel with a clear strategy for us to get the results I desired. I believe Mrs. Fiero possesses several positive qualities, but the main ones that stood out to me during our experience were her excellent communication skills, knowledge and experience, and overall customer service skills. First, I believe Mrs. Fiero’s verbal and written communication skills are incredibly strong. I can come up with several examples where I was kept informed with thorough email responses, coordinated virtual calls, and phone calls. If she was not available her team would reach out to me, specifically the Office Manager/Paralegal, Nancy Perry. I truly enjoyed working with her collaborative team. Strong communication skills are vital when dealing with such a detailed process, and I always felt informed about the status of my case. Next, Mrs. Fiero is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of relevant experience in Estate Planning. There were many things about New Jersey laws and statutes that I was not previously aware of, and I was always informed as such. I tend to ask a lot of questions and I can’t think of one that wasn’t answered on behalf of her team. With her several years of experience it made it that much easier to trust the advice that was always shared. Finally, and most importantly, her overall customer service skills were always appreciated. It is one thing to be smart in your craft, but it is another to have the people skills to go along with it. She managed my case professionally and responsibly all while leading with a client first approach. These are all the reasons why I highly recommend Mrs. Kimberlie A.
