I had a very disappointing experience with Bond Turner regarding my personal injury claim. From the beginning, I submitted all the evidence they asked for. However, I was never informed that the documents I provided would later be considered “unacceptable.” If additional or different evidence was required, no one clearly communicated this to me at any point. Many mistakes during the process that I need to asked many time for them to change on reports. The only offer I ever received and accepted was related to the injury itself. I was never sent any offer regarding my loss of earnings or financial losses caused by the accident and yet, they accepted a final settlement without my knowledge or authorization. This is unacceptable. Throughout the process, there was a clear lack of communication, organization, and professionalism. Important documents I submitted were ignored or dismissed without notice. I expected much more, especially from a company that charges 25% plus of the final settlement as legal fees. That level of compensation should come with better service and commitment. Unfortunately, I felt that they did not advocate for me properly, nor did they prioritize my case. I strongly advise others to avoid this firm and seek legal help elsewhere. Your case deserves better attention, transparency, and respect. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Excellent service. They kept me informed and did everything they had to to help my case. I'm very glad I chose them. I would never have been able to get it done on my own. It felt good to have someone who knows what they're doing fight for me. I'm very grateful.

Dealt with very efficiently after I was hit on my Motorcycle on Christmas Eve by a driver backing out of a driveway. Great to get help not knowing what to do and very happy with the final outcome. Was kept informed with one to one service and a home visit a special Thanks to Jon Shields for all his assistance and guidance. Would highly recommend Bond Turner.
