I’ve been a proud member of Third Space for over 8 years, and in that time I’ve seen many changes, but one thing that has only improved year after year is the incredible team. From the concierge staff to the gym floor team and the gym manager, everyone consistently goes above and beyond to make the member experience outstanding.
From the moment you walk through the doors, the concierge team greets you not just with a smile, but with genuine warmth and a personal touch that makes you feel like more than just a member. They remember your name, your preferences, and even the small details that make your visits smoother and more enjoyable.
The gym staff are equally exceptional. They are always approachable, knowledgeable, and ready to offer guidance or support. The gym manager leads by example, ensuring the facilities are always in top condition and that the atmosphere on the gym floor is friendly, motivating, and inclusive.
Over the years, I’ve seen how much everyone here truly cares. Whether it’s helping with last-minute bookings, offering training tips, keeping the space immaculate, or simply checking in to see how you’re doing, the team is attentive without being intrusive and clearly takes pride in making sure members feel valued.
The professionalism, friendliness, and proactive nature of the entire staff has only gotten better with time, which is saying something because they were already fantastic when I first joined a decade ago. They set the tone for the whole Third Space experience, and they’re a huge part of why I’ve stayed so loyal for so long.
In a world where good service is becoming rare, this team consistently delivers exceptional service with warmth and authenticity. They are a credit to Third Space, and I can’t thank them enough for making my visits over the past ten years such a pleasure.
