I recently used The Parking Spot for a trip over Memorial Day weekend. I had an early 630 am flight out of Midway Airport. I arrived at The Parking Spot around 430 am. It was well lit with a very spacious clean parking lot that also offered covered parking. Check in was easy and there was an attendant helping customers out that early in the morning! It was my first time using this service. I downloaded the app and even got 25% off first time customers. I parked my car and it was a shuttle waiting! The driver greeted me and took my bags. We picked up a couple of other people and still made great timing to the airport. When I arrived back from trip and retrieved my luggage, I followed the directions on the card given to me from the 1st driver and went to the location for the shuttle. The shuttle was waiting in plain site at the airport! No wait time. The driver took my bags and my card and we were off to take me back to car at the parking lot. This experience was so worry free. I hate asking for rides to the airport depending on people. This way I can drive myself and take myself home worry free. My car was in same condition as I left it. Good! Thank you! The Parking Spot! I will be using your services again! 🙂

20 out of 10….I will definitely be using The Parking Spot again! I was able to easily book online. Parking was a breeze and there is a choice to book uncovered or covered parking. I selected uncovered since I knew the weather would be ok. As soon as I scanned in, the front attendant directed us to park in a certain aisle and they radioed the shuttle to follow us to our parking spot. The shuttle driver assisted us on and as we were about to start heading to the airport he saw someone else just parking and asked us if it was alright if we waited for them? I thought that was super nice because they didn’t need to ask and we went there with enough time to spare so it was no big deal. Then they got radioed to go into the covered area which was great because I wanted to see what it looked like. Chicago winters plus travel means I will be using that covered area when needed. On my flight back it arrived after midnight and we used the app to see where the shuttle was, we only waited a few minutes. The shuttle pick up for off site parking is out of door #5. Quick and easy drive directly to our spot. I had entered my payment card into the app and it was quick to scan out. I also loved there was a cooler full of water bottles in order to grab a nice cold drink on the way home!

This was our second time at this location, and it was indeed the worst experience. We arrived two hours before our domestic flight, but the shuttle didn’t show up for 20 minutes. We ended up calling customer service, and then the shuttle arrived within five minutes. During pickup, the driver made multiple stops to pick up customers who were either no-shows or inconsiderate people who took five minutes to remove their luggage from their cars. It was inconsiderate of them and of the service to wait for such individuals and waste everyone’s time. There was another family with us who had been waiting along with us, and they, too, were disappointed by the ordeal. From the moment we scanned the code until we reached the airport, it took 45 minutes—an unnecessary waste of our time that forced us to rush through the airport. I’m sharing my experience for the benefit of those who have early morning flights, so they are aware of the inconvenience we faced today. We had previously booked this service for a late flight, and it was a smooth experience—but not this time.
