Tails.com are excellent with excellent customer service. The product is value for money. We have been customers for over 5 years. Their app is easy to use and they give you notice each month when they will be taking your money and when your parcel will be delivered. You are able to change your order before they take your money and again they advise you of this window. I recently had an issue with my box not getting to me ( not the fault of Tails.com). It was delivered to a different address. Tails.com stepped up and sorted everything out for me and I got my box in time for our campervan trip with our girl. Thanks to Tails.com she will continue to have the wonderful food that she loves ❤️ Suki says thank you xx

Mayo and I have been a loyal customer for over 1 year with Tails.com since last year. Their deliveries are always on time(or even earlier than expected) which keeps me stress free. Their products are in high quality and well packed. Also it was very easy to access to their customer service team. We had a very lovely and professional customer experience from Lindsey when Mayo has to adjust her food amount. Highly recommend to other doggy owners. Kay

Not only do my dogs love the food I recently needed to contact customer service to adjust the food. Kate was amazing, she understood exactly what I needed and adjusted my dogs food to suit her needs. She was great at keeping in contact quickly and even gave our dogs some treats to trial which I am looking forward to testing out as they do love their treats! Absolutely refreshing to get such great customer service as it’s very few and far between these days!
