This is my third year of using Swift and I've never had any issues. This year my account has been Abbie Lindley and she's been absolutely incredible. All the information I've needed has been given very quickly and they've cracked straight on with everything. Highly recommend

Told me the process would take maximum 12 weeks… 5 months later, constantly ringing them for updates then being told someone will email or ring me and heard nothing for weeks at a time. Eventually got an update and Swift wanted postcodes of where I had travelled to for work, for every single day of the 3 tax years I claimed for.. an impossible amount of info off me after already providing so much info. Now they closed my claim because it’s impossible for me to provide that information and I am paying a monthly fee. BIGGEST SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS
