This is some text inside of a div block.
Great Broadband and Streaming services provider. I switched some time ago for a contract and was able to easily sort out a new one. It only took me 5 minutes. Quality is always great. Sky TV is a thing though, these little boxes are kinda not the top notch. While movies provided are great. Software can be improved

1-star Review for Sky UK Ltd Sky’s customer service has been absolutely unacceptable. As a loyal customer with three active contracts, I’ve been treated with disregard, disrespect, and incompetence. Roaming Charges Issue: Sky charged me £143 for roaming — for a service I did not receive. Due to this failure, I had to spend an additional £100 on a taxi to reach my destination. Despite raising a formal complaint and providing evidence, Sky ignored agreed call times, made misleading claims about contacting me, and failed to offer any resolution. Faulty Apple Watch: I also reported a faulty Apple Watch still under a credit agreement. The screen went completely black. Apple confirmed the device is not fit for purpose and directed me to Sky, the seller. Sky refused to repair, replace, or refund — and even closed my complaint without resolving it. I am still paying monthly for a device I cannot use. I am a vulnerable customer, and I made this clear from the beginning. Yet Sky’s staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly not trained to communicate with vulnerable individuals. Their complaint handling is disorganised, evasive, and obstructive. I am now forced to take legal action for both issues. Sky has failed to provide services I paid for, breached basic consumer rights, and shown no accountability. I do NOT recommend Sky to anyone looking for reliable service or fair treatment.

Sky Mobile one of the worst companies in the UK. They fail to communicate. Call centre staff put the phone down. They are rude. They cannot be trusted. They sell to you and forget you even exist. They don't reply to letters either. DO NOT BUY SKY MOBILE PRODUCTS. You have many other much better companies.
