Do not go to this clinic. I wanted to try the membership, to try and help my skin. I purchased the Revitalize membership, which I share with my mother. My mother and I booked signature facials for today 28.02.25 at SL Soho, 12:30 and 12:45. My mother, due to train cancellations travelling from 3 hours away just to come to the clinic was running a few (5) minutes late. I informed reception member Anna of the situation, that she would be 5 minutes late. Anna said if she arrived by 12:50 that would be fine and said “let’s hope she makes it” in an unprofessional tone and borderline nasty way. My mother arrived at 12:50 to only be told by Anna “sorry we now won’t be able to do your session”. I challenged Anna that she had stated that 5 minutes late would still be fine, she had no response other than to repeat that SL won’t be able to do the session. I explained my mother travelled 3 hours and reminded her that she had stated 12:50 would be ok - the time she had actually walked in the door. Her tone was as though she took pleasure in turning my mother - who was really excited about her treatment, and had made significant efforts (both financially and physically) to arrive. It was actually upsetting to see the treatment she was met with by Anna (and another admin staff member with blonde hair at reception whose name I did not obtain). We asked to speak to the manager who said doing the treatment would not be an issue and apologised - I would like to add the Manager was professional and kind. She tried to rectify the situation so far as she could. However, Anna’s behaviour, tone, misleading comments and very poor customer service has had such an impact that I will, in all likelihood, be cancelling our membership after the 3 month minimum period. I am very disappointed about this experience, which was intended to be a pleasant and luxurious. When one invests in treatments such as this, particularly as a member paying £450 per month you would expect to be treated nicely, feel pampered and not be met with strange and bizarre hostility, poorly masked with a fake smile. I would not recommend this clinic, it is not worth your money when you risk being treated like this.

the receptionist and the therapist were extremely friendly and answered all my questions regarding the dermapen 0.25mm procedure. The procedure was smooth and quick and I can already see that my skin feels clearer and more toned. My face was extremely red and irritated the first day, even with the cosmetics I was given at Skin Laundry, much more than when I do the dermaroller with 1.5 mm needles, which is strange. However, my skin felt a lot better the second day and the third day it was back to normal, just on the drier side.
