This is some text inside of a div block.
The London managers are genuinely useless and should be sacked. Particularly Dylan. They take at least 3 working days to respond to any whatsapp messages from auditors, usually longer, regardless of the urgency. Some staff straight up just ignore you and won’t even read messages, let alone respond! But somehow, when it comes to posting videos of their “socials” on instagram, that’s no problem for them. They’re really unprofessional and they clearly have no interest in doing their job. They all make it as difficult as possible to get anything done, and the pay per audit is pitiful considering the ridiculous amount of instructions and rules for each one. Don’t bother with this company.

Very useful for students. Seems like the south has alot of audits to do. I know someone in London who does insane amounts of audits. I would say jsut try it out and if there isn't enough audits in your area it aint for you! Pay is good, reimbursement for travel!

Tried signing up and had the most annoying "please retry" experience ever for about 2 hours. Took over a month to actually get back to me to tell my my audit was accepted when the usual turn around is supposed to be a few days at most. Then i couldn't access my account, and trying to reset my password did absolutely nothing. I tried to get help twice and received absolutely no help whatsoever.

Reviews Summary

Overall sentiment towards Serve Legal’s audit services is mixed, with strong opinions at both extremes. Reviewers consistently note the job’s flexibility and suitability for students, mentioning that audits can be fit around other commitments. The pay is described as generally good by some, and several positive reviews specifically highlight a polite team and supportive environment. However, there is significant criticism, particularly regarding the responsiveness of management in London, slow onboarding, and some negative experiences with the handling of personal data and departure processes.

The most frequent themes in Serve Legal's reviews involve flexibility, work-life balance, and ease of scheduling audits—especially attractive to students. Several reviews mention the value of reimbursement for travel and variety in audit types, like home delivery and in-store. Criticisms are concentrated on account setup difficulties, lack of communication from management, intrusive documentation requirements, and isolated reports of unprofessional conduct by specific staff.

In summary, Serve Legal earns a reputation as a highly flexible student job in London and the South, but persistent management and support issues undermine trust for some. While the majority view the work as convenient with adequate pay, concerns about manager responsiveness and administration processes are common, suggesting room for operational improvement.

About Serve Legal

Uncategorized
Serve Legal provides retail compliance auditing services, specializing in age-verification and in-store compliance checks. The company recruits fieldworkers, often students, to conduct audits on behalf of retailers and suppliers seeking to monitor staff compliance with legal requirements, especially around alcohol and tobacco sales. The business is based in the United Kingdom and primarily serves retailers and suppliers nationwide.

Serve Legal operates a remote, flexible work model where auditors select assignments via an online platform. Prospective auditors must complete an onboarding process involving application forms and identity verification. Job scheduling allows workers to choose their audits according to availability. Communication, reporting, and support are managed digitally, with payments made per completed audit and, where applicable, travel reimbursement.
