First time using the service and was impressed. Drove in through the cameras which scan your car and parked in the drop off area which is just in front of reception. The receptionist was organised and had everything ready for my booking and I was in there less than 2 minutes. The shuttle bus to the airport left immediately and was clean and modern as we're the toilets on site. The drop off is right in front of the terminal so very easy if flying with Jet2 especially. Pick up was from the same place however due to delays on the flight the queue was quite long to get on the shuttle however the driver did well in getting as many on as possible which at 3am in the morning I was grateful for. On return to the reception I provided my receipt and had my keys in less than 20 seconds and walked a short distance to the collection zone to find my car in good order.

Easy booking proces. Arrived and left keys in. I have received card with my details to make it easy to pick up my car. Everything went smooth. Bus is just 2 minutes drive. On the way back bus was already waiting and picking up keys took me 10 seconds. Just enough to have a laugh with the staff. Heard a lot of stories of damaged cars in other car parks but nothing happened to mine. Highly recommend this car park. Easy to find and navigate.

Excellent remote parking. Only a very short shuttle to the airport, no waiting more than five minutes for the shuttle, very efficient service. Felt a very secure car park. Well worth the slight inconvenience to use this remote car park for the massive saving over on the on site parking.
