This is my 1st ever home and being disabled this has quite frankly been the worst 2 years of my life, no one told me it would be easy living on your own but within the 1st couple of months moving into the property had a leak that I reported straight the way, it took 11 months for sage to come out, i couldn’t have my daughter visit me as it was unsafe, i will be leaving my tenancy at the end of this month, I think the photos speak for themselves. You have well and truly ruined my mental health, if only I could rate 0star then I would!!!

Like many others on this page, if I could rate Sage homes a big fat zero I would. Discovered we had been overcharged an extortionate amount on our service charge, an amount that nearly severely put us in debt to keep up with and caused us to sell our car (as I was on unpaid maternity leave and my partner had recently suffered an accident at work). Sage homes have withheld the refund within our account and have not responded for weeks on end at a time. Trying to get through to anyone by phone, who knows what they’re talking about, is useless. Terrible, incompetent, rude are just some ways to describe their customer service. Our only advice to anyone unfortunate enough to be stuck with Sage as their housing provider is to play them at their own game.

Even 0 stars is too high for this shambolic company. Since moving into our property in 2022, we’ve had nothing but trouble. Defects (including a non functioning toilet!) took over a year and a half to resolve, services we pay for through service charge aren’t delivered, the staff speak to you in a patronising manner and don’t make any attempt to get issues sorted. There is always a better option than buying a property with these cowboys so steer clear
