Wish I could give 0 stars. This is not a service it is a scam. They told me my passport application hadn't been touched by dept of state a month after I mailed off the required documents. The representative blamed me for not downloading their forms(I printed off the forms myself.) What they didn't know is I'd already received my passport. Basically, they take your money but they cannot actually give you accurate updates on the status of your application because it's sensitive information. So they blame you then refuse to give your money back. I paid hundreds for nothing. I was told by a representative that I could get a refund, then I was told it would be impossible to give me a refund. Unable to speak with a supervisor. Horrific business and should be shut down immediately.

I sincerely wish there was an option of zero stars. Promised my passport in three weeks. Now past 5 weeks and still nothing. It's impossible to get a live voice and the most frustrating aspect is that they do not return calls. I cannot believe this company is associated with a FedEx. Your much better off researching online what documentation is required and sending it directly to the Bureau of Consular Affairs. Complete waste of money and time.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - Their service is terrible. They did not get my passport renewed in time for my trip, charged me double the price for expedited service because of their mistake, and then refuse to give me a refund of over $900. I can't believe this shoddy service is associated with Fed Ex. It's a total scam.
