Deceptive Pricing, Horrible Customer Service & Unethical Billing Practices – Avoid RingCentral at All Costs! I initially signed up for RingCentral at $20 per month, even though I never really used the service—it just made more sense to use my cellphone. However, I was fine keeping it until I added extra numbers in December, thinking they could be useful for my nonprofit volunteer work. Fast forward to today, and I find out that RingCentral is now charging me $40 per month (double my original rate!) and will continue billing me for two more years! When I called to ask why my bill had doubled, I spoke with three different people, and all of them gave me the same ridiculous excuse: “additional taxes.” So now, instead of the $20 plan I signed up for, I’m being forced to pay twice as much—and they’re pretending it’s just taxes? That’s beyond shady. When I realized how bad this situation was, I asked to remove the extra numbers since I’m just one person and don’t need multiple lines. That’s when RingCentral showed their true colors. Instead of working with me, they flat-out refused, claiming I should have read the fine print. To make matters worse, they said there was no one I could escalate the issue to. Instead, they are forcing me to either continue overpaying or pay a termination fee just to cancel a service I don’t even use. The rep I spoke with, Reynaldo Lingahan, was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. I spent the better part of an entire business day sitting on hold, getting transferred around, only to be told the same inflexible answer. This is a scammy, unethical way to do business. Doubling a customer’s bill with no warning and then trapping them in a contract with no reasonable way out is predatory. There are far better alternatives out there that actually care about their customers. I deeply regret ever signing up, and I’ll be warning everyone to stay FAR away from RingCentral. #RingCentralFail #TerribleService #ScammyBusinessPractices #PriceGouging #CustomerServiceDisaster

The actual product I genuinely can't fault but the experience I've had regarding a swap of phones has been an absolute disaster. I ordered Poly Edge E320 phones which weren't quite right for our office so requested to swap to the wireless E350 phones, the exact same price within a week of ordering them. Since then I've had the exact same phones delivered again that I've tried to replace so I now have 4 not 2 and not only that they took £435 out of my account without warning, bearing in mind we're a startup business this has completely knocked us back, we've had a 3-4 week delay since the initial request to swap phones and it feels like it's been done on purpose for the sales teams commission, a day later after an escalation complaint- no contact, never felt so let down by a company to this point.

Horrendous company. Absolute scammers. Signed up to a free trail to see how the integration worked with my system. Unable to get in touch with technical support, their online chat is for US customers only, they grey the box out so you are unable to cancel online. No one answers the phone, no other way to get in contact. Constantly on hold and the line disconnects! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, try Ringover instead much better services and advisors are always there to help.
