Please learn from my mistake and don't use this company. They sell products that cant be authenticated by amazon. They dont accept returns so i was left with over £3,600 worth of stock that i couldn't sell. Then they send your financial agreement to another company Mondu ai without even telling you. Won't send the financial agreement and now have sent to debt collectors which still haven't be contact to know how i make payment

i have received item which is damaged dusty and opened case and case worker asking for shipping box picture where he can see item itself damaged, i have paid to get new item. they always argue not helpful at all. you do not have money guarantee . if they even send shit in the box , they have refused this case .

We decided to list our products on Qogita a few years ago, never received any orders. So asked Qogita to remove our products from their website, however all the products are still there and all out of stock! We contacted numerously Qogita to remove them as we don't want to appear in Google search on Qogita with all products showing out of stock. We were told: 'As previously explained, we are unable to remove items from the platform. Qogita operates as a marketplace, connecting sellers, brands, and buyers, but we do not directly control the stock or listings once they are uploaded.' Unfortunately our company can't remove the products either! Don't list your products there, they will be on Qogita forever even if you decide you want to close your Qogita store!
