I absolutely love my pura!! Always makes my house smell so great and the scents last a long time! After having my pura for several months it all of sudden wasn't connecting to my phone like how it used to. I then reached out to customer service about this issue and they were so prompt with their responses, and great at helping me!! I have never seen such great customer service, and really appreciate them going out of their way to resolve the issues I was having! They were happy to send me replacement pura diffusers, since they have a 1 year warranty on them! (How amazing 🤩) Seriously couldn't recommend pura more! Thank you for having great customer service and a great product!

I absolutely love Pura! I have 5 boys and I felt like certain areas of our home (bathrooms 😅) always smelt bad no matter how much I cleaned. Now they smell so wonderful whenever I walk in, along with the rest of my house! Thank you Pura!

I have 7 pura diffusers and I love them! Here's why: 1) the diffusers are really cutting edge - WiFi connected so you can run them on a schedule or just manually whenever you want. I mostly use a schedule - a few times a day at medium strength for 30 minutes at a time - and the scents last FOREVER 2) the scents are safe to use around my dogs - and since the wall outlets are at nose level for pets, this is kind of important 3) the scents are the first I've bought (among candles and other diffusers) that my husband actually likes! Our favorites are volcano and red currant. 3) customer service and shipping have always been excellent. I've always received my orders fast (several now... after buying many scents and diffusers separately). With returns, they don't question you. They just want to make you happy. (I had a defective diffuser once and there were no hoops I had to jump through to get my replacement - they just sent it! They were super helpful and fast.) HERE'S A TIP: after a Pura diffuser has run for a total of 100 hours, you get a notification on your phone that the fragrance is low - but it usually isn't. You can just ignore those notifications. But when it does happen to actually get low... just flip the wick and you'll get several more days (if not weeks) out of it! I hope this review is helpful to someone considering trying the pua diffusers and scents. I honestly love all of mine.
