UPDATE - changing from 3 stars to 4 because Pura refunded my money for this purchase. WISH I read the reviews before purchasing!! My first order arrived fine...no problems. I kept one diffuser for myself and gave one to my sister for her December birthday. When my second order (which contained 4 fragrances) arrived, one of the scents leaked, causing all four containers to discolor and look "used". There was no way I could give these scents as gifts! They are refunding my money for the one scent, but I would expect that a professional company would find a better way to package the scents so that they don't leak. The Pura idea is a good concept, but the packaging needs major work!! I'm stuck since I purchased a subscription. But once I've satisfied the requirements, I won't be ordering from them again.

Realized right as I ordered it that I had the wrong delivery address, (I take the blame for that) and I reached out to customer service to see if we could cancel or change the delivery address. I don’t know what type of software they have where they can’t do that, but it is beyond me that there is no way I can cancel it. Hope it gets returned to sender so then maybe I can get a refund…just boggles my mind that I can’t cancel an order. Especially when I contacted them just minutes after the order was made and this wonderful resolution was found 2 days later.

There is no customer service here. I love the scents. Crazy expensive and don't last long so be prepared to spend 1000s every year without the customer service guarantee
