I returned an order to Pretty Little thing. They emailed me acknowledging receipt of the return and said that I would receive a refund by 23-3-2025 I did not receive the refund and messaged them and they said that the refund was being processed and the money would be in my account by 29-3-2025. I find this appalling, why should I have to wait further. Bad business ethics

Now, it’s delayed until April 1! 😡 • FedEx delayed my order • PrettyLittleThing is ignoring my emails and Instagram messages I paid for express shipping, but apparently, that doesn’t mean on time delivery. No updates, no apologies—just bad service. If you’ve had a similar issue, let’s make some noise! Do you care about your customers at all?

Had an order delivered 4 days ago which is poor quality and i want to return it, but it keeps coming up saying “Please wait until you receive your order to log a return. Your order has not yet been shipped so we are unable to create a return at this point.” Evri has shown this has been delivered and they won’t help when messaging them, its £55 and at this time of year really can’t afford to just let it go.
