Rarely do I review...but when I do, I try to be as honest as possible. I've been a repeat customer of Precision Peptides for about 8 months, after switching from Peptide Sciences. (I had been a customer there for approx two years.) Peptide Sciences has been in steep decline for about 9 months, and because reports were that quality was suffering...and prices were going up...I went shopping for a new supplier. I tried two other supply sources...and found them...basically...a "scam." Precision scored high-ish in reviews...so I gave them a try. Prices were very good...and although quality of product SEEMS fairly good...the verdict is still out on that topic. It has been proven difficult to stabilize dosages, which tells me that quality may be off the mark. (I have two doses prepped for testing...and am waiting for the third. I will post with the tolerances...quality...and testing Lab info if things are not right.) My biggest issue...is their shipping, which has been sketchy at best. Two orders back, I waited 13 days for USPS to deliver. (They kept reporting "Label Created, waiting for Package Acceptance.") Finally, I received the empty package. Now...I had reported the late package to Precision...who were VERY easy to deal with (Although they told me that because USPS had taken possession of the package...it was not their problem...however, they would make good.) I did note to them that the package was sealed...which indicated it left their warehouse sealed and empty. They rushed out replacement product via UPS...I received it very quickly...all was good. (although I am skeptical of the quality of that particular batch, which proved ineffective....hence the three part testing.) I recently placed another order, which was reported shipped out within hours of placing the order...According to USPS (who they used again for shipper) the Label was created, but they had not received the package. 10 days later..same issue. I contacted Precision....who again, were VERY helpful. They said they would "keep an eye on it," but next day...sent out a replacement via UPS Overnight. "Great"...I thought!. However...24 hours later, the Label had been created...but no package to UPS. So...it seems I am missing my dosages...again. I may be wrong, but my opinion is that as soon as they get an order, they create a shipping label which is sent to their warehouse to pick and ship. I think that perhaps....it is NOT Precisions "Front Office,"...but their shipping department, who may be performing sporadically. The first missing product was a theft (I have little doubt.) Someone took an envelope, slapped a label on it, and sent it out the door. (Pocketed the products and sold at discount at the local gym.) If you're a "Gym Rat," you know what I mean. The SECOND issue...is again the warehouse. USPS is a Circus...but UPS Overnight doesn't fool around. Precision GENERATED the Shipping Label, but the warehouse did not process the order. (UPS still reports they have not received the package.) Research work requires continuity, and unfortunately Precision has not proven this ability (to me anyway.) I am NOT saying "do not use them." Their Customer Service has been 1st Rate, however their shipping issues needs be addressed. If my Lab Results come back with their quality outside safe or usable parameters, I will report as such, and provide receipts. Meanwhile, perhaps they will fix their shipping issues. Those problems sow mistrust in an industry that RELIES on a high level of trust. Fingers crossd!
