The reports are excellent! I had one very minor problem. I did not realize that when you use the service it automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription. Emily in customer service was very helpful and explained how that works. Since I am a may use this great service only once in a while, I do not want the monthly service. So, when I use it, I will need to cancel the monthly service within 3 days after each time I use it. I am happy with this service, and I will continue to be a customer.

Today I discovered that I had unknowingly subscribed to monthly privledges with peoplefinders. I contacted the email address on their website and a lovely young man - David walked me through my error and was able to cancel my subscription so I would no longer see a recurring $24 charge on my credit card. Thank You !!

Emily understood my problem which is that I believed I was paying for a single search and never intended to sign up for a monthly subscription and that I thought the service affected this monthly subscription without my clear understanding. She was calm and professional with me even though I was upset and was able to quickly cancel my subscription and issue a refund. The customer service itself was quick with no wait time, and appropriately reversed the charge.
