Double parked with no way to get car as other car owners at airport. Trash everywhere and disgusting. Location has 3-4 businesses running out of same location. We had to wait over an hour for shuttle to take us to airport. People were piled up waiting. Not sure we would use again.

I give it three stars because of the wait time. I would rate it five stars because of the price. I have parked here several airport trips and I’ve had to wait every time but you get what you pay for. This particular time the parking lot was extremely trashy and very full. I’ve never seen it like that before. Hopefully it was because they were understaffed or it was a busy weekend. However, if the closer parking areas were to offer the same price, I would definitely switch over but for now I will continue to save my coins as much as possible and arrive earlier for a long wait time as it is expected here. The transportation vans are decent and clean no smells. Extremely easy to make reservations online and there are always savings codes to use .

The absolute worst! The parking lot was overflowing with cars to the point where cars are blocking other cars in the parking lot. The shuttle took a long time to pick us up and take us to the airport. It took so long that I ended up having to catch an uber to the airport. Once I got back to Orlando and went to the section to get picked up. I stood there waiting over an hour waiting on the shuttle. I kept calling and was told 10 minutes and gave an excuse saying it was traffic. That was a lie because other shuttle companies were coming back to back. Do not park your car here. Save yourself the trouble and headache, trust me! They are very unorganized and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. If I can give them 0 stars I would.
