Jake Finlay and Dean Robertson have been outstanding with making sure our accounts are up and running and getting us the best price possible. We have had a difficult time with cancer and other things and they have made things so easy for us. Thank you so much. Donna

Beware this company! This company do not like being told no. Firstly, when I advised that i did not want them to deal with my electricity or gas and would not give them any information on renewal dates, they did not like being told "no" and hung up on me. Secondly, they rang an hour later posing as British Gas and advised that there was a problem with our meter and they needed me check a bill with them. They told me they were from British Gas meter reading team and started going through items on the bill eventually asking what the renewal date was on the bill. Alarm bells starting ringing so after asking for a number so that i could ring them back i spoke to British Gas and they advised no one from British Gas has tried to contact me. Very bad practice and very unprofessional.

On contacting NGPLTD, it was Rubi Jones who replied to my query. What a complete joy she was, very professional, dedicated & an absolute pleasure. She handled my case quickly & efficiently, her communication with me was fast & explained very well what she needed to complete my request for COT. Without her I would still be drowning in a sea of technicalities!! An absolute wizard & any company she works for are very lucky to have her. This lady is priceless & needs a pay rise. Thank you Rubi..
