Disgusting, pathetic. No, this is not the typical “you get what you pay for” cheap motel. I have stayed in other Motel 6. This is just objectively the worst place you can ever be. Even 10 dollars is a lot for this place. It’s insane in a country like US, such unhygienic and unsanitary place can still operate. Firstly, the location is terrible. One good thing is it’s right next to NJ transit bus. But besides that heard gunshots, saw a lot of sketchy people in and outside the motel and during our whole stay at night (3 nights), someone kept playing loud music and motel authority didn’t bother. Secondly, insanely disgusting. The first room we been to, had stronger urine smell than a public toilet. Had to change the room. The second room had strong smoke smell while we asked for non-smoking room. The blankets had over 15 cigarette holes. Both rooms had water leakages from the taps and a lot of stains on bed sheets and bathtub. Whenever you turn on the tap, it would flood the whole washroom. Second room had water leakages from upstairs as well and put dirty stains on the wall. Didn’t use the towels, who knows who used it. The front desk people were not professional at all, but I guess they aren’t getting paid to deal with this either way. Please do not come here. I read all the reviews and still thought let’s save the money. But these reviews are real and you will see how terrible it is. And the thing is it’s not cheap. You will spend 600 dollars for this terrible place for just 4 days. So just get a beautiful Airbnb. This place should seriously be reported to the government authority and inspected.

We were waiting for more than an hour and they never picked us up at the airport. I called the hotel and the manager yelled at me and hung up on me. The people in the lobby were terrible and rude. The room key would distractive all the time, I would have to go down to the lobby many times for them to reactivate it. They didn't want to give me the TV remote, the room was dirty and if you asked for a towel or toilet paper they wouldn't give it to you. The shower water was cold. To get to the airport during the day you had to wait for the van to fill up. The people in the lobby were always on their cell phones and you had to wait for them to finish their calls inorder for them to help you. Terrible service in general.

Honestly, I’ve stayed at this location plenty of times even before it became the Motel 6 when it was the days inn and when it was the airport inn. I personally have never had as many problems with a room in this hotel as I’ve had this past weekend the first time ever I was greeted by my regular check-in people that check me in the cleaning staff even the hotel owner she’s a wonderful woman I asked for my room to either be changed or could somebody come and look or snake the shower because the shower was clogged. Now because I’ve stayed at this property before I did not bother to keep calling to the front desk and keep saying can someone come fix my shower because I’ve already called and I still didn’t have any room service for the day. This went on until after 4 o’clock when the person at the front desk, whose name is Park who made that I was very rude and very disrespectful proceeded to tell me there’s no one here to help me with my problem and that he’s not here to serve me and if I wanna change my room, I have to come all the way to the front desk when he could’ve just sent the key back to me with the maintenance man that was coming back to my room to collect the plunger. I have a full video of the confrontation and I will be posting that as well. I hope that when you make a decision to stay at this hotel, you do understand that this is not a hotel where the customer is appreciated. This is a hotel where they do not serve you because you are not the guest you live here obviously.
