If you are looking for a company to manage your nice village car park be hesitant with these. They have ruined a nice little car park in Lechlade I have used regularly. It's a lovely place with lots of small businesses that we support. I do understand parking charges are often appropriate but not sure this company has the right balance. I think putting cameras up and timing how long it takes people to buy ticket's and leave car parks after getting back to the car is a bit ridiculous without a decent grace period. Sometimes minutes to find a space/buy a ticket and 5 minutes to leave the car park isn't enough. I paid the £60 fine as lost appeal explaining why. I think it's very harsh. Easy to make the payment on site is the only reason for 1 star. Such a shame they couldn't be lenient over what I think was 1 minute over their grace period.

I feel robbed Parked in the car park for years.. I was only there about half hour (Kingston Milton Keynes) then received the fine letter WAY after the ‘reduced rate time period’ signs are completely hidden as lorry’s park there. I was only parking there to pick up my daughter and keep her safe.

After not been to Meadowhall in the past 4 years, turned up today. Parked in a parent and child bay as we had a child with me, I got a parking ticket! Apparently you have to go get a permit, that’s ridiculous. I did wonder why the car parks are empty, now I know why! After I got the ticket I noticed there were signs around but the writing is that small you aren’t going to really notice them or understand what they are for! We will never go to Meadowhall ever again after this! No surprise shops are struggling with customers having to jump through stupid hoops to even get to a shop!
