Scam. Delivery driver cased my house too. Ring footage to prove it. Didn’t deliver the milk that night either. Customer service are atrocious. Eggs ordered turned up a handful of times and stopped. Stay away from this business if you value your home.

Scam, came to our doors offering 2 free trial deliveries. Kept delivering after this without any permission and will try to charge you for these unwanted deliveries. Staff on the phones are also rude & insist on trying to charge you illegally. Don't give them any bank details, we were close to phoning the police on them

I was a loyal customer for around four years, paying by direct debit and paying a plpremium for the service. Unfortunately, I had to cancel after repeated issues with milk turning sour 1–2 days after delivery, suggesting a problem with the cold chain. Also, they changed my delivery day from a Tuesday to a Friday without even telling me. This was not appropriate to my needs whatsoever. The cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult — you can’t do it online and are forced to call, presumably to go through a retention script. I cancelled the direct debit and received a notice of £2.95 outstanding, which I was happy to pay. However, the payment portal didn’t work. What followed was a rude and unnecessarily threatening email over £2.95 — despite years of regular custom. I’ve since paid it, but the entire experience left a very poor impression. This isn’t a small, local supplier — it’s a large company, and the customer service was extremely disappointing considering the loyalty and premium prices paid over the years.
