This is some text inside of a div block.
Absolutely shocking company to work what ever you do avoid them. The customer services are very aggressive do not listen and will not respond to emails. My partner has recently taken over business and the lease is still being finalised. She contacted Maxen power as soon as she took over to advise and provided council business rates, invoices made out to the new business and an email from the landlords managing agent stating that she is the new occupier and a lease is being drawn up but if Maxen need any further info or clarification to contact them directly. She has continually kept them updated but yesterday they came out and disconnected the fuse board and cut her fuse board so no power. With no prior power warning. Since then further emails have been provided from the landlords agent but they are now saying it should have been provided earlier even they did not ask for anything !! She has now been told that it will take 10 working days to get the power up and running !!! The business will not be able to reopen due to the losses. I am not sure how such a company is still able to trade. If you want a true reflection on this company read the google reviews absolutely shocking. Not professional rude agents aggressive attitude. This company is a scam

I received a welcoming letter from this company which I have never heard of. Made a complaint because how can a company set up a direct debit and a new contract without me signing a contract and without my permission. Never heard about this company before. Gave them a call they said they have to investigate this issue wait 2-3 days. Will see but it's unbelievable.

PLEASE DON'T COMMIT TO AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY! We own a small B & B and they are trying to charge us over £1500 per month for gas and £800 for electric even when we DON'T HAVE GUESTS!?!?!? Literally some months no one is even in the property and they are insisting that this is what we owe. We have done all the relevant checks for gas leaks etc but nothing is wrong our end. The customer service is awful, not willing to help, they just badger you for payment. We have had 20 + calls in one day even when payment wasn't due. asking for money and threatening us with penalties. We have unfortunately had to close our Ltd company just to get out of our 3 year contract with them. It has caused us so much anxiety... Please, please, please don't be fooled into their promises of low rates - it's all absolute lies.
