First time paying for a dating app 'Our Time' part of 'Match' , I'm hoping to meet someone looking for a long term relationship. 13/04/2024 My account couldn't be accessed after I added a photo (I wasn't in my birthday suit). When you suspend your profile, your profile is no longer appear on our services. However, your full profile details will be stored. Shocking company. I cancelled my membership and had an email to say no more money would be taken. They have just taken more money !@ Now taking legal action as the company telephone is "not accepting calls"

This site is an utter fraud ..been taking £9.99 a month for over 2years with no way off cancelling it cos these knowone answers emails nor phonecalls ...they've even carried on taken money off my new card even though I never gave them my new security code. So be aware ..my advise is don't use this site
