This is some text inside of a div block.
Absolutely horrific how companies like this can still exist. Theres no sympathy or understanding. They steal money for no reason. We missed a payment for 3 days over the bank holiday weekend and there was a bailif knocking on our door in the morning. They said they couldn’t tell us that our payment was overdue because there’s so many people who forget to pay and they can’t call each customer up, but they can afford to send a debt collector/bailif to peoples doors after 3 days???? Who can we contact to discuss this daylight robbery?? Absolutely awful.

Horrible people horrible place my partner had a payment plan set up with them for £102 she missed for a month over being in hospital because the doctors had prescribed her a to high off a dose for her thyroid she then rang up explaining the situation she was in and they said it was fine if she just paid the £102 by dinner time the next day she could carry on with her payment plan but by 8am the following day they had rang her saying it was to late and had being handed over to bailiffs. She called the enforcement officer to explain what had already being said to her and had explain the situation a 2nd time and explaining that she is pregnant the enforcement officer laughed at her and told her that "he dose not have feelings" and after working out the total cost what was originally meant to be £102 shot up to £1442 just because off the fee they charge just for showing up. I don't understand where there numbers come from but it is just theft what they do they expect people to pay what they want but don't understand the cost of living nowadays days.

Received a call from my wife in tears to say a MARSTON bailiff was on our front door requesting entry into our home for an unpaid parking fine my daughter had received. My daughter initially set up a payment plan with Oldham Council but missed a payment by 5 days. The bailiff instructed my wife to pay the fine of £365 (nearly 15 times the original parking fine cost) ‘astonishing’ or they will enter the our house and remove personal belongings to that value. The bailiff was Filming the whole incident without even informing my wife! Find very strange indeed. The whole experience for my wife was intimidatingly. misinforming my wife so she settles the outstanding debt on behalf of our daughter. He said if the debt could not be recovered today he has the authority to enter our home and remover goods to that value. He then went onto say that if he had to come back to our house again he the debt would go up a further £100. Contradicted himself there Absolutely gutted the UK has resorted to such low levels of debt recovery 😡
