I ordered several items from them. The very first order that I placed took multiple days to deliver however, orders that I placed after that one was delivered on time. I had to contact a rep and go through FedEx to track down my shipment myself to get it. They shipped it smart post instead of FedEx ground, which caused it to kind of get lost in the midst of it all and didn’t bother to investigate because I am in trucking myself. I knew that it was basically lost in transit. I personally wouldn’t order from them unless you are willing to pay the extra shipping cost to guarantee that you will receive your shipment in a timely manner. I was so excited about this company, but I will be looking for other companies who also do the same that this company does, but can provide Better delivery on shipments. While customer service was friendly, I do think they should’ve done a better job at tracking down my shipment and seeing to it that we got it delivered in a better timely manner.

Edited review- Customer service did reach out and promptly replaced the hats. Customer service was very good and recommended a different print to ensure aesthetics. I ordered 6 adults hat. Something is wrong with every single one. They are wrinkled. They’re not attached. The glue is coming out. The kids hats also have glue showing but at least the patch is attached and not wrinkled. I’m too embarrassed to gift these hats. I’ve reached out to customer service. Waiting to hear how they’ll fix this. Here’s a pic of 3/6 hats for proof of poor craftsmanship.

I found this website from an add on my Facebook and it absolutely did not disappoint! My backpack came in quick (about 1 week) and I even had some questions for customer service and they were answered promptly! I am so so happy with the product and the customer service! I definitely look forward to buying from them again!
