After using maj law this is my honest opinion. Initially when speaking over the phone they do come across as confident with your case and make you believe you do have a chance at fighting it. However after spending thousands I believe things could have been more transparent, for instance after spending so much money i would have liked a consistent person handling my case and showing up at court instead I was meet with third party barristers telling me I had no chance. In the end after telling me that if the cps don’t meet deadlines on submitting evidence the case would be dropped that was not the case they just got extensions. my case eventually came down to relying on the police officer not to turn up. Which I believe in the end they all do why wouldn’t they at the time I was blind to see this as i felt like I spent so much money so I wanted to see it through. Although it was my decision to use this company for the thousands spent I don’t believe it was worth it and I wasn’t any better off.

I was wrongly accused of using my mobile phone whilst driving, and the situation quickly escalated. I contacted M.A.J Law on a friend’s recommendation and I’m incredibly grateful I did. Their legal team took the time to understand my version of events, obtained body cam footage, and challenged the reliability of the officer’s evidence. They were meticulous in their approach and presented my case in court with confidence and clarity. The magistrates agreed with the defence and found me not guilty. I avoided points and a fine. Communication throughout was excellent they answered all my questions and were always available to provide reassurance. I found them to be extremely thorough and personable, treating me with dignity and respect at all times. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing first rate legal support in a motoring case.

After being charged with failing to provide a specimen, I contacted MAJ Law in complete panic. I was facing a possible driving ban and was struggling to see a way out. The entire team were incredibly professional and made the process feel manageable. I was having a panic attack during the breath test something the officers failed to recognise or record. M.A.J built a defence around this and supported it with medical evidence. Their communication was outstanding clear, consistent and compassionate. Every time I emailed or phoned, I received a prompt and reassuring reply. I felt completely supported, which made a huge difference to my confidence in facing the court. On the trial day, the CPS offered no evidence and the case was dismissed. I still have my licence and my job thanks to this firm. Highly recommend to anyone in similar circumstances they are thorough, experienced, and genuinely care.
