First time customer, went in for a cut and style with a 1 hr swedish massage. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Waiting area was filled with many people and they offered complimentary drinks, which was nice. Taylor cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I love my refreshed and healthy look. Heather did my massage and she did amazing as well. Even though I have "crunchy" (full of knots) shoulders, I left feeling much more relaxed and my shoulders felt like I was able to let them down a bit. I am planning on visiting again when the time comes. Thank you to Taylor and Heather for such a great job.

Absolutely love Madison Ave! Sasha does a wonderful job every single time I see her. It's so nice to be able to trust her completely with coloring and cutting my hair. I never have to worry if it's going to turn out. It always turns out!
