You got a well-known defect with your Lenovo E14 laptop. Its screen back light is defective and faulty When we complain about it, you refuse to fix it despite it is a known manufacturing defect in this model You also delete our comments here! Shame on you I won't buy any Lenovo products again

This was the first thing came up when I search lenovo repair, I also tried the official website and no repair shop around me. I totally understand it’s office instead of repair shop. Could you please give me the address of a repair shop please
