This is some text inside of a div block.
I was pressured into a £1,000 finance agreement immediately after exiting Learndirect’s online application. A rep called me out of nowhere and pushed me to sign up on the spot, using emotional manipulation and urgency. I was financially unstable and not given time to properly consider what I was agreeing to. I’ve only completed one basic task. The rest of the course went untouched. I requested a refund several times, raised legal concerns about pressure selling, and cited the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Learndirect ignored everything and hid behind their 14-day policy while sending copy-paste responses. I’ve now submitted a legal claim through Small Claims Court and reported them to Trading Standards and the Financial Conduct Authority. Judging by these reviews, this isn’t a one-off — it’s a business model. Think twice before giving this company your money. I wish I had.

I strongly advise against enrolling at this college. The course I signed up for was misleading, and when I tried to cancel, I was told the 14-day cooling-off period had passed. It feels like their primary focus is on taking your money rather than providing a quality education or support. They seem more interested in trapping students into paying than offering fair service. Do your research before enrolling.

Got a call from learndirect didnt answer as I looked up reviews and number before I do anything else they sound like money fraud and why would I do a course for this terrible company when most people dont get there refund back and there english is absolutely terrible. Like literally if your gonna come to a country to uk least speak English before you come here so we can understand the person So please dont call my number again cause you lot are money thieves. Surprised they haven't closed you down yet.
