I would never have thought of a nanny for my little one without Koru Kids. I have to say, I’m impressed! I liked how effortless signing up was with no hidden costs. And the team have been so responsive with regular check ins. Very efficient. We have found a lovely nanny, I cancelled my daughter’s place at a nursery.

Extremely disappointing experience with Koru Kids. I worked with them as a nanny, and the way they handled a difficult situation with the family I was placed with was completely unprofessional. They made a decision about my contract without ever speaking to me directly — relying solely on the family’s version of events, without verifying facts or giving me a chance to explain. Instead of engaging with that or helping mediate the situation, Koru Kids took the family’s side completely and dismissed my professionalism and judgment. I sent a respectful but honest email highlighting the issues and asking for reflection — and they didn’t even reply. Not even a follow-up message acknowledging receipt. That silence speaks volumes. For a company that prides itself on supporting families and carers alike, this experience was honestly disheartening. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat their nannies in the future. *Update after Koru Kids’ response* I am even more disappointed by the company’s public reply to my review. Rather than addressing the real issue—being excluded from the conversation and having decisions made about me without hearing my side—they chose to publicly accuse me of breaching my contract, something they never even spoke to me about directly. It’s disheartening and frankly inappropriate. I sent a respectful email asking for reflection and received no reply. This isn’t how you treat the people you claim to support.

Very unreliable selection of Nannies - one simply did not show up saying she dosed of because of meds…. The other one changed her mine saying that after checking her diary it would not work… saying the exact opposite during the interview ! Experience that wasted our precious time and energy ! I would not recommend the Nannie’s on this, unsure what checks are done ….
