Review update: Initially very happy with the service provided as per my experience below. Now deeply disappointed to be updating this review to safeguard others from making the same mistake: I referred someone in good faith for the same application as mine which they made an initial part payment of £1200 for. Kadmos then informed them that their circumstances were different to mine and that the application could not go ahead. No other options were suggested or offered except for a visa extension and the application was closed. They cancelled the direct debit but refused to refund the money already paid. This was justified by saying it was to cover admin and legal fees to determine whether the application could go ahead and a £500 cancellation fee. They refused to provide a detailed breakdown of these costs saying simply that it would exceeded the £1200 already paid. It is important to note here that more reputable immigration agencies provide a detailed report on the potential success of an application before accepting any payment, will only charge for services that have a high likelihood of success and charge substantially less for the same service. Based on this I feel it is important to warn people to do your own research before handing over your hard earned money to people like Kadmos who clearly dont care about people, only profit. Kadmos Consultants provided an excellent and efficient service for my unusual citizenship application via the new law past in September 2022. Tim and Helena communicated throughout the process and through their tireless efforts and professional support my citizenship was granted 4 and a half months after the application was recieved by Home Office.
