I don’t really understand a law firm who works this way and after seeing there reviews I’m not surprised. Let me explain, first time ever I have had a law firm email me regarding my circumstances of a diesel vehicle claim a message going out to everyone that sounds like such a scam. I be in Manchester anyways I will pop down to discuss further if I get a direct email response. Not towards thousands or millions of your clients I look forward to seeing if you can resolve my diesel vehicle claim.

The same as the other reviews. I got an initial polite email saying they would keep me updated. I got no updates for a year, so I emailed. They said they would update me. They didn't. I left it for a further year and emailed again. They said they could no longer represent me. A very poor experience.

Currently have a claim for Diesel emissions going through them which has been going on for alnost 2 years now... Not the best to get hold of with little to no correspondence from them! My advice.. go through another company
