I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is awful. I purchased several pieces of furniture for a bedroom. I purchased an item in August and returned it early September. I am yet to receive my £119 refund. I was told to wait 3 business days then 14 days and have called almost ten times since then and it’s now been 3 months. I would never purchase from them again. Anywhere else is better.

Running fraud, be careful guys. People opening accounts on other peoples name and company don’t want to help, looks like company also involved in identity theft fraud. They keep sending statements to collect money , not ready to help victims. We reported to the police as well and to action fraud time, I’m going report to the newspapers and news channel also about this company. Be careful with this company.

This is an awful company to deal with, truly terrible. I have been trying to sort out a problem for my mum, who is being charged interest on items which she returned but JD Williams have decided otherwise. There is no UK contact, apart from snail mail, which isn't replied to. Call centres and email responses are sent from overseas, where staff operate from standard, prepared scripts, always pointing YOU to phone and email THEM, just to have the same standard responses and no resolution. You rarely get a response from the same person twice, so the left hand invariably doesn't know what the right one is doing. My mum has had automated phone calls asking for payment on her account, will be charged interest until the problem is resolved and apparently JD Williams can't 'reach out' to her, she has to phone them, even though they are happy to take her money and don't keep tabs on orders and returns. This is right at the bottom of any customer experience I've had. Who would have thought sending out a couple of items and returning them could have resulted in such a farce. I asked for their Complaints Department address today, to be told they don't have one!! The icing on the cake. 🎂
