Went for a office visit in 2019 and gave the staff my United health care (primary) & BCBS if Texas insurance cards. The United was my new primary but the only filed with BCBS. Over 2 years later I get a call from a collection agency and was thinking it was a fraud. I called Dr Chang’s billing to find out it was from my 2019 visit. She told me she would check with the doctor & look into this. I asked why I was not notified immediately and she said they normally call but did not for some reason. I called the collection agency to relay what I found out & they said they would wait on their response. They did not however. The next day my credit score was hit reported to me but lifelock. United will not pay if not filed within 3-6 months. I called Dr Chang!s office back and the next lady was nasty and said my responsibility.. I asked her would I have been allowed access to their computers to file the claim myself??? This is still outstanding today.

Dr. Chang is amazing. Have you been to other Dermatologists??? She is thorough, informative, kind. If you find something as her patient, and want it looked at right away, she makes the time. (You do have to be persistent getting to speak her actual reception area). I have been to many - She is one of the best.
