This is my second review (the first can be found on Trustpilot to which I gave great review although the first set also didn’t fit the girls were really good at getting this amened). I originally placed my order on January 21, 2025. The first part of my experience is documented on Trustpilot, but I am now onto my second warranty set. The first set took three months to arrive, only to be lost by DPD. When it finally came, it didn't fit at all—extremely bulky and ill-fitting, causing significant discomfort. While I must commend Becky and Amy for their fantastic support, I believe they are let down by INSTAsmile. After receiving my initial set, I had to request new moulds, and luckily, this time the second attempt was successful. I sent them back off with a completion date of April 14, 2025, which fell just before the Easter bank holiday, so I anticipated a slight delay. However, they arrived on April 24, 2025. I am utterly speechless. The quality is exactly the same, if not worse. When you visit their website see all these fantastic transformations but then finally hold the product in your hands, you can clearly see how bad they truly are. I am to say the least disappointed by the poor standard. I have included unedited comparison photos that clearly show what you receive for £360. I also have a clear video but it won’t let me post it. They are incredibly unflattering, triple the size of my natural teeth, and the video demonstrates the poor fit and bulkiness. Do what you will with your money, but let me show you what the unedited results actually look like. After expressing my desire for a refund because these two sets of teeth aren't worth a five-month wait or £360, suddenly no response. Order Number: 10023268 I want my money back.

Process was great from start to finish. The instructions were clear & easy to follow. My 1st impressions were accepted and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. The final product arrived and I do love them. They have given me the confidence to smile again & I now wear them pretty much everyday

Really easy company to deal with. Had to do 3 attempts at impressions to get it perfect but was really worth it. I wear my veneers every day and even eat with them in at work. Had them around 6 months now still going strong! Can't recommend enough
