I want to say a special thank you for taking care of the process of dealing with my car repairs after an accident. The process for me was flawless. This place is so professional, and how they deal with your claim is absolutely fantastic. They are an approved garage and only use genuine parts. They go above and beyond shows the ethos of the company. Special thank you for shoheb who took control of the entire process. He is very professional and also has a vast amount of experience in the car industry. Also the rest of the staff who was also involved in the process i really appreciate it. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs car repairs done in the future.

Really pleased with the service here. Called my local Mercedes-Benz showroom to obtain a quote. They informed me to come here as they are Mercedes-Benz approved body shop worker. Was greeted nicely with warm cup of tea. Receptionist took my details and advised me to take a seat. The assessor Shuaib came and viewed my vehicle. Advised it was a write-off. Took photos and advised me of my options. Really good service provided.

Outstanding job done by the team at individual specialist cars, cannot fault them throughout the whole process, from collecting the car, through the repair stages and the aftercare also. Car looks better than it did before it was in an accident and only genuine parts have been used on the car which I am very pleased about. Special shout out to Shoheb who dealt with my car and kept in regular contact throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend & definitely will be using this company in future if need be. Thank you to the team again.
