Kenya…. Handles calls and clients with Effective Customer Service. She listens and allow you give her the details needed to give you the tools to move about this program with no stress… And for me it motivates me to handle my credit better and more knowledgeably . To be honest if I could have her as my permanent rep to work with me on my account that would be a blessing. But I know that is wishful thinking ….. but just know she has impressed me so much that she deserves 5 stars plus she would be a great trainer for new team members to the company. Kenya Thank You your style of Customer Service is what’s been missing and I’m glad your here to assist on my credit journey!!!

As a member for years I was surprised to see my monthly price double to over $30 a month. When I called they said there were price increases noticed sent in February. The “February” email was resent today while on the phone but nothing was time stamped and it looked like it was sent today. That emailed stated a $2 increase each month starting in January. A month before the February email was sent? That still would have been $24 a month, not $30. When I questioned the difference I was told the “system” did that. Still not making sense I canceled and asked for the refund for the charge that occurred the day before I was notified. I was told they don’t offer refunds. After I was continuously interrupted and talked over, the customer service person “talked to leadership” and I should be getting the return of my $30. Not recommended.

This review is long overdue. It has been a year and a half, and I should have made the review promptly. We are thankful for what Bryan Greenway did for us. Due to his efforts, we were able to obtain a loan so we could purchase a home. I did not realize or think about writing a review at the time until I wanted to know since purchasing our home if our score has since improved or if it went downward. I reached out to Bryan again to see if he could review our reports and give us advice on what we can do to better our credit report/score. He replied quickly and answered all our questions and this time I wanted to ensure Bryan was recognized. Thank you, Bryan, for all that you do.
