Please do not use Heathrow.com or any meet and greet parking service if you wish to have safe and timely flight! Heathrow.com uses third party ,leave with no details in case of any references except booking number and mobile phone , you will never knows where you car will park or may mark or used for? anyway herewith I try to dispute my booking booked with Heathrow.com and end up my car like this a below images ?? I complained to heathrow.com and They (Mr Clive N /Jamie diamond ) do not acknowledge my booking and regretfully I had to put this on reviews as other customer can stay away from Heathrow.com forever

Was met at the terminal on time with no issues. Pictures were taken of car to ensure no other damage occurred and customer service was amazing. Employee was understanding of my situation that I may have to extend an extra day with no issues. I would highly recommend and the price was very competitive.

Edit: The parking was booked in my husband's name. I absolutely 100% know who I booked with and which service we used. Find it incredibly distasteful that this company try to dispute any constructive feedback instead of actually addressing it. Have now attached screenshot of booking confirmation. Pros: very convenient, super easy drop-off and pick-up. Cons: no idea how far they drove the car but they managed to use 50 miles worth of fuel (we no longer had enough to get home) and destroyed the average mpg. They changed drive mode, the radio settings, the air con settings, auto start/stop... Surely no need for all that just to park it somewhere?! Very annoying when returning from a late flight and long day of travelling. Since arriving home we have also discovered a significant scratch that wasn't there before using this service. Of course we can't raise this now and should have checked more closely before leaving the car park but when you land late with 2 grumpy kids after a long day of traveling, this is difficult to do.
