Been a Customer from there early start. Always cool fun stuff. Prices reasonable , and really nice people that actually appear to answer there phone and care. Unbelievable clearance deals from time to time. Had a problem a few months back and they resolved instantly . Keep up the great work !

Ordered a Christmas gift, emailed about exchanging for smaller size, was told to pay for shipping to ship back, we did, $17. Then was refunded for shoes because they don’t to exchanges for PayPal purchases, WHAT?! Why wasn’t this told when we were going back & forth about exchange? Oh and the only reason they responded to my email was because I commented about bad customer service on their FB page. Don’t waste your time or money, shoes were about $44, paid $27 for shipping at the end, what a joke!

Took advantage of my father with auto memberships and claimed they couldn't refund him. His experience is very similar to other reviews. Very scummy and scammy company, don't give them your credit info.
