I bought this product because my hairdresser has used it for a long time and he swears by it. He said he was starting to go bald at the crown and now he has the most beautiful thick head of hair and he is 70 years old. So, I just started to loose my hair in the last six months to where it was really noticeable and very concerning. I am 68 and I always had pretty nice hair. I just got the product just about a month ago. So at this time, my five stars are mainly because of the great customer service I received from Yuritsa. She always takes my calls and responds to all my questions and concerns. It turns out that they make this product right here in Boca Raton. I was able to go right there to pick it up because I was so anxious to start using it. It has only been a little over a month but I am seeing much less hair in my brush after shampooing. I am also seeing my shine coming back as it was very dull and frizzy prior to use. It is very easy to use and only takes about 11 minutes 3 times a week. I hope to report back in a few months with more positive things to say about the thickness of my hair but so far so good.

I bought the Actonis™ 18 Dual Action LaserComb and started using it on April 11th. 2025. My head did feel a little odd and I wasn't sure what was going on. I also did it three more times up until April 19th 2025. So a total of four treatments at 8 minutes a piece. By the 19th. I had such pressure in my head and my tinnitus was acting up and I could not figure out why. My blood pressure was up probably due to such a odd feeling in my head. And then it dawned on me that the only change I had made was the brush I was using. I have since discontinued using the brush and my head is feeling much better. I have anxiety and do take medicine for it. And I have read that red light therapy can aggravate anxiety, and also that the medication I take is photosensitive. Even though I have never had any issues with the other red light therapy that I use for my face. Face. I believe that this brush is very strong and probably would work and I was hopeful. But as for me, I have to return it because I do not want to deal with those side effects. So I wanted to post in case anyone else is taking Lexapro or has anxiety. You may get an increase in anxiety and or head pressure, and tinnitus. I hope this helps. Others evaluate whether or not this device is appropriate for you. I will be sending it back for a full refund. NOTE: I did not do the test on my forearm before using the device. But once I called customer service I did it that same evening. There were no adverse reactions on my right forearm, no swelling, no redness, no tingling, no burning nothing. So that being said I would have still moved forward with using it on my head. And my head did not have any redness or blistering or anything. Just a sensation of being full, I could feel my blood in my head, pressure, aggravated my tinnitus, and made me feel anxious.

My daughter convinced me to work on my hair loss due to medications! Started using the laser comb 12; then upgraded to laser band 82 about 10 years ago! The band is still working. Bought my husband laser cap 272 two years ago. Everything I bought is working as it should from the hardware to the haircare products including the supplements - the whole line! Cannot do without HairMax! Thank you Yaritza for all your help!
