Bought these Adidas Response CL trainers in April, only wore them for special occasions and days out in the city and look at them. Completely faded and worn, so much so they have almost turned white! Never owned a pair of trainers that have gone like this after only a few months, total waste of money. *Update spoke to CS who said I can send my trainers to be inspected with a two week turnaround. This wasn't to refund me but purely to check them. They then suggested I'd cleaned them with something to make them go white, in the end I decided against sending them off as I'd have to buy another pair of trainers and deal with them making excuses as to why it's my fault.

Just received my order today only took 2 days . Trainers are in immaculate condition. Had problems with ordering the wrong trainers at first but when I live chatted them my refund was in my bank the following day. Overall I am very pleased and will certainly be ordering again from get the label for sure! Thanks again x

Item arrived damaged inside the box and customer service response was poor. Paid £5.99 delivery which wasn't going to be refunded, wouldn't recommend buying from here.
