I am confused by the one other review being so negative. I am not a jet-setter by any means, I have a small company in Atlanta that does business exclusively in state. I don’t travel too often, but I went ahead and paid the extra amount for Elite status. While I am not a huge traveler, time is a very valuable resource to me; and the concierge service alone has been worth every penny. Great people, great discounts, great offers. My card has already paid for itself in less than 6 months, and I now check the newest offers before I book anything. The deals are truly great; which you will see for yourself if you actually become a member rather than pretend to be one. I cannot say enough about the value of the people in concierge. Very friendly, and above all very competent; which is even more important to me. Keep up the Great Work Shannon, Alicia, and Madison.

We were very on the fence about signing up for Founders Card. Since the card is so exclusive, you cannot find a lot of information about it before committing to a trial membership. If you are on the fence like we were, let me tell you SIGN UP. Founders Card has been amazing. The level of customer service is over the top. The benefits are incredible and the discounts add up quickly. We have only had the card for 1 month and have already racked up savings of over $1,000 between business and travel. More importantly, Founders Card Concierge has helped us plan our honeymoon and given us TONS of great suggestions, tips and discounts for the upcoming trip. I cannot recommend Founders Card Enough.

I hadn't planned on upgrading to the elite level, but had a introductory offer of only 200 more over the basic level. I decided at that price I give it a shot. I had a small issue with a utility company and tried out the concierge service. I sent all the relevant information expecting some type of reason as to why they couldn't do it. Tara handled it beautifully and will even be doing follow up call with them Monday. Owning a nightclub I'm up all night and getting business done during normal business hours is always a challenge. I wasn't planning on resigning for the full 995.00 however this experience makes that a serious consideration.
